Many thanks to Ava Gerber and the gang at Lucky Lotus for another awesome experience in Brooklyn. We had a great time teaching the urban yogis “the path of desire” (appropriately in the “Big Apple”) over the weekend and got into some pretty deep material — it’s all up on line, so have a listen.
