The new center had people spilling out the sides for Lama Marut’s welcome address, Heart Sutra recitation and wonderful talk on bringing Buddhism to the West. He also gave vows to some fortunate students, and the evening ended with Beverle Deerfoot and Scott Nanamura’s maroke. |
